What is Erfurt Open 2015?
Erfurt Open 2015 is a Speedcubing Competition. Speedcubing is the activity of solving a Rubiks Cube or related puzzles as quickly as possible.

How much does it cost?
The entrance fee will probably (!) be 7,50 euro per person per day or 10 euro for both days. This applies to everyone (except reporters), no matter if you are a competitor, guest, parent of a competitor or someone else!
Lunch at venue
We will provide a possibility for taking lunch at venue (soup and bread, barbecue, or similar). Please note that the price for this meal is not included in the registration feen and has to be paid separately on the relevant day at venue.
What about prizes?
The competiton will be sponsored by "First Mobile Communications". The winner in the 3x3 event and the competitor with the best overall performance will both win a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 lite!
For beginners...
There will be plenty of time to test the equipment (for example the official timing device, the Stackmat timer) and discuss the rules, if you have questions. However, every competitor should have read the official WCA regulations at least once before attending the competition!
